e r f e c t is very boring, and if you happen to have a different look, that’s a celebration of human nature, I think. If we were all symmetrical and perfect, life would be very dull.

"Do you consider yourself a feminist?"
“I don’t really think about things as guys versus girls. I never have. I was raised by parents who brought me up to think if you work as hard as guys, you can go far in life.”

- Taylor Swift 2012

"As a teenager, I didn’t understand that saying you’re a feminist is just saying that you hope women and men will have equal rights and equal opportunities. What it seemed to me, the way it was phrased in culture, society, was that you hate men. And now, I think a lot of girls have had a feminist awakening because they understand what the word means."

- Taylor Swift 2014

cause yeah i think a lot of people see lesbianism as (solely) this sexual and romantic thing and yes, it is, but i see it at the same time as about platonic relationships between nonmen, between girls, between nonbinary people, between everyone under men, caring for and supporting and loving each other in a world thats telling all of us to hate each other, and prioritizing those relationships with each other, whatever their nature

its important imo and i feel anyone who isnt a man has a space in it somewhere
